Mosel Chalets

When I shut my eyes and imagine a romantic trip for two, I envision floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a cosy nook to curl up in with a glass of wine, and a view over treetops to the stars from bed. And this is exactly what you get when you stay at Mosel Chalets, three architecturally-beautiful cabins on the longest southern slope of the Mosel River.

Owner Holger worked closely with an architect and carpenter to develop these ecologic escapes. He wanted to celebrate the simple beauty of the area, and has done this in wonderful ways throughout the chalets. Design is high-end, and the energy of the place allows you to feel completely at home. Perhaps because this is a family-run operation: from Holger’s sister and her husband to his mother and nephew, each plays an important role!

Spend your days biking along the river or hiking through vineyards, happy in the knowledge that you’re returning to these stunning hideouts.
