The Thatched House is on the North Sea island of Föhr.

It's a 6+ hour drive from central Berlin, and (obviously) requires a ferry ride.

You can get here easily with public transport, there are just a few changes! Get the train via Hamburg to Dagebüll Mole, from where it's a ferry and bus ride away.
