You can drive here in an hour and 15 minutes from Berlin and park on site.

With public transport, it's an hour from the middle of Berlin. Get the train to Bahnhof Werder (Havel), and then the bus to Werder (Havel), Bismarckhöhe, from where it is just a 4-minute walk.
